Sweet Matty! Do you have a dolly to help get it outside? Thanks, Rick! The dolly should be arriving tomorrow (JMI Medium with 5 inch wheel upgrade). This thing is NOT fun to carry as a complete setup (although I can if I have to).

Looks like pixelated gibberish

Ken,
It would be awesome if these were available all over the globe. The creators use specific models and use data available for Canada & the US (I think they have a few Mexico and Caribbean options too).
For the top 3 sky models, the darker is better for an astronomer - cloud cover models, moisture content models for transparency and temperature layers for seeing. Darkness takes into account both the sun and the moon.

Right, so my image there of white on white on white, for the foreseeable future, is your basic worst case scenario. FWIW, I'm pretty sure that First Light Optics' (AKA FLO) out of the UK covers pretty much everywhere with their Clear Sky weather charts. I use their graph in my sig on CN. Obligatory link to Snake Valley, Victoria AU: clearoutside.com/forecast/-37.61/143.58

Rick, Here's a pic with the Dolly - had to remove the WO Star71 until I get the additional counterweight in, arghhhhh - sorry, I had to crop out the scope in order for the BB "intelligent" orientation logic to show the image upright.

The people that use them regularly probably look at it and instantly see results, whereas to me it's a bunch of coloured squares with no meaning. I'm used to the Skippy Sky method where we can see the cloud cover, not a coloured square. I doubt I will ever use that graph method, but thanks for showing me.

She's a beaut, that's for sure!
I had some bad luck at an event Saturday - my AVX head took a tumble. The dec motor is trashed. I'm out of commission.
