Hi folks, Been a while, missed you all, but I'm back and looking forward to broadcasting again. Martin Hello Martin, Welcome back and looking forward to seeing your broadcasts, these are instructions on how the new site works for broadcasting. NSN broadcasting works best with Chrome, Brave and slimjet browser. 1- On the NSN splash page top line has a download tab. 2- Download broadcast tool. 3- Then restart your browser and log into NSN. 4- Go to account management and halfway down should be your channel name, Click on it to open broadcast screen. (you are not live yet) 5- Then in the broadcast screen there will be a tab to the right say launch broadcast tool. ( make sure that tab is in the gray bar) 6- The key should show in the appropriate area. 7- Then choose capture type. (window is not active yet) 8- Broadcast type Normal updates ever 3/4 of a second uses less resources on your CPU and frequent updates instant so that would be good for Planetary etc... 9- Then choose area if you picked selected area and resize to the area you want to capture and click within the area to make the capture tool disappear then hit start broadcast (you are live) the image will appear in the tool and on your broadcast page. You are now broadcasting. As for audio if you are using chrome in the url line all the way to the right is an icon that looks like a camera click on that and pick the mic you want to use. once you do that refresh your browser and your audio should work and you should hear others talking to you if they have a mic. Tabs explanation: Tabs above broadcast. Mute: will mute yourself from everyone. Disable voice chat: will mute everyone in the participants list (helps when a lot of people are in cast.) Enter channel information: this is where you enter your equipment then hit SET and viewers will see it. Launch broadcast tool: I already explained it. You can also mute individuals in the participants list who may have a lot of back round noise.
